Rational split dCas9-2

It is the other part of rational designed split dCas9. The design is from split-Cas9 enzyme in which Cas9 is split into two lobes according to its function. This part of dCas9 is a α-helical lobe corresponding to Cas9 and it is cut at amino acid site 56 and 714. The dCas9 is from Streptococcus pyogenes.
