Design Notes

wild type recA promoter, with two lexA binding sites and two lacI binding site. The lexA binding site is the consensus sequence of lexA operator, the lacI binding site is lacO2. One of the lexA binding sites is at the same location as wild type recA promoter and the other one is 30bp upstream. The two lacO2 sites locate at the same positions as in wild type lac promoter.
