Applications of BBa_K1875003

Characterization by [http://2017.igem.org/Team:Kyoto iGEM Kyoto 2017]

We cultured B. xylophilus with S. cerevisiae expressing EGFP of this part from the TDH3 promoter (BBa_K530008). After several days we collected the nematodes and observed them with a fluorescence microscope, and we were able to confirm nematodes emitting green fluorescence throughout the intestinal tract.
