pMagFast
pMag, a light-induced dimerization protein derived from VVD protein family, mutates at I52R/M55R. Its corresponding protein, nMag also derived from the VVD protein, mutates at I52D/M55G. They can heterodimerize under blue light irritation (470 nm, 3 mW/cm2). Their light sensing molecule is NAD which is normal in nearly all organisms.
