cycle amplification system and GFP/RFP dual fluorescent system

Pcat promoter plux stars the circuit, Luxl catalyzes the production of AHL, which will combine with LuxR. Their compound will promote the expression of plux. The Lacl will inhibit the expression of plac promoter to achieve the purpose of inhibiting the expression of RFP, with the amplified expression of GFP on the contrary.

Agarose gel electrophoresis

We calculated the new part’s base number to be 1007bp. The figure1 is the result of agarose gel electrophoresis. We can make a preliminary judgment that the sequences are correct.
