TDH3 Promoter + vox + Ura + Ura3 terminator + vox + β-carotene

Introduction

We use this composite to compare the phenomenon before and after mating. Initially, the Red Fluorescence Protein expresses. When the vika-vox system begin to work, the component between two vox sites will be deleted and the β-carotene gene will synthesize β-carotene. Yeasts turns from red to orange.
