c-Myc promoter, FRB rapamycin-binding domain (FRB) of human mTOR, fused to n-terminal of split luciferase (Nluc398), acts as one half of a promoter-reporter system, forms FRB-rapamycin-FKBP complex in presence of rapamycin.
