gRNA for Cas9 targeting STE3 in S. cerevisiae The sequence for the promoter SNR52 and gRNA that creates a deletion in STE3. STE3 encodes the alpha-factor pheromone receptor [1]. The gRNA successfully created a deletion on STE3.

BBa_K2329002 is a central part of our project, as replacing the native GPCR STE3 is vital to ensure that the only GPCR present on the yeast cell is the heterologous GPCR introduced by us. Sequence and Features
