GAL80ts (temperature dependent)
Gal80ts is a mutation based on Gal80 which is a transcription regulator in Saccharomyces cerevisiae S288C. The activity of Gal80ts is temperature dependent. At 25℃, it has a normal activity, which will bind to Gal4 and deactivate it. At 29℃, Gal80ts were inactivated and could not bind to Gal4. For the temperature between 25-29℃, we did not detect.
