WRKY30 - a promoter induced by the presence of cellulose-derived oligomers
This is an inducible promoter that has been isolated from Arabidopsis thaliana . It responds to the presence of cellulose-derived oligomers in the cell, as it is a ‘Damage Associated Molecular Patterns’ (DAMP) responsive promoter. This part is suitable for Golden Gate cloning using type IIS restriction enzymes. This part is contained in the pSB1C3 plasmid.
