Putative Symbiodinium Terminator

  • This is a putative Symbiodinium terminator that is believed to work best in Symbiodinium due to its unique polyadenylation signal, AAAAG/C, instead of the typical eukaryotic polyadenylation signal, AAUAAA. This terminator should allow for "more expression and stability of transgenes introduced into Symbiodinium."
