Super Folder GFP (sfGFP) stop codons removed

This part is a superfolder GFP similar to Bba_1746916, but has four codon modifications at position 441, G->T. At 446, C->T. At 495, T->C. At 562, C->A. It has a quick maturation time (~6 min) compared to wild type GFP (40 minutes). See BNID 110546. This part excites in the standard GFP range, and has maximal excitation emission 485/520nm.

This part was designed to be tagged with a protein degradation tag (see Bba_K2333001-K2333006), and as such has had it's stop codons removed. See Bba_K2066509 for this part with both stop codons.
