A time course study for GFP production with this plasmid was also performed over 12 hours. These samples were grown in small volumes (250uL) in a plate reader at 37°. Because these growth conditions were not optimal, GFP was only expressed from the sample containing 15mM Arsenate. We found that GFP expression began around 3.5 hours of growth.
