Design Notes

The same DNA utilized for producing K1952000, K1952001, and K1952002 (gamma, beta, and alpha subunits respectively) were used in Gibson assembly together with the appropriate spacer DNA fragments. Spacer DNA allowed for interchangeable design.

Source

Hydrazine Synthase gamma, beta, alpha subunit DNA, synthesized by Integrated DNA technologies, although with additional spacer DNA, promoter DNA, and RBS sequences, all synthesized by IDT. Please see parts K1952000, K1952001, K1952002 for more detail.
