pACT-Tet on UNS Standard

This is the pACT-Tet sequence from Amit et al. 2011 “Building Synthetic Enhancers from the Ground Up” paper on the UNS standard. This part consists of the endogenous nitrogen regulatory promoter, the NRII mutant BBa_K20660112 and tetR.
