MT - TERMINATOR

  • Derivative of double terminator BBa_B0015
  • Nine base pairs removed from the forward 3' end to fit gBlock requirements

Secondary Structure of BBa_K2127007


Secondary Structure mFold was used to generate the secondary structure of the terminator. The part is derived from BBa_B0010 forming the long palindromic sequence and the BBa_B0012 sequence formimg the relative bottom hairpin. The last nine base pairs of the 3' have been removed compared to the BBa_B0015 part.
