Pink chromoprotein

Pink chromoprotein

Usage and Biology

Error-prone PCR was conducted to produce alternative version of the blue chromoprotein amilCP submitted by Uppsala 2011 (BBa_K592020). One of these versions is this pink chromoprotein.

Protein was extracted from 50mL of culture and resuspended in 0.5mL TE buffer.
