Applications of BBa_K2114009

[http://2016.igem.org/Team:Freiburg Team Freiburg 2016] designed and used this part for the Nanocillus project. BBa_K2114009 was expressed in B. subtilis and displayed on its spores. The resulting fusion construct was able to bind GFP. However, further optimization might be necessary.
