Design Notes

This version of the sgRNAs c6_TDH3 is the closest gRNA possible to the transcription start site of the TDH3 promoter. It should therefore perform the best repression via CRISPRi when in complex with dCas9 as it will avoid the binding of the RNA polymerase.
