Applications of BBa_K1897001

The HasA expression unit is used in the RIOT System created by NUS_Singapore where it is used to create the RIOT Transponder. The RIOT Transponder is a conjugate of HasA and a CD44v6 antibody which acts as a spatial specific sensor as it enables the RIOT Responder to express LuxR in the presence of CD44v6.
