Design Notes

Mxi1 was fused to PCP based on the fusion between VP64, a transcriptional activator, and MCP, another RNA binding module described in "Engineering Complex Synthetic Transcriptional Programs with CRISPR RNA Scaffolds", J.G. Zalatan, Cell 2015. The link between PCP and Mxi1 is 6 base pairs long.
