characterizon of BBa_K819010 in CL1(the cheZ lacking strain of Escherichia coli) . We used an cheZ lacking strain of E. coli K12 MG1655 transformed with this kit, BBa_K819010, to process swarming assay. The result is shown in the figure above. We measured the clony's radius of CL1 and CL1 transformed with BBa_K819010 at 17 hours, 36 hours and 48 hours separately. The result shows significant function of BBa_K819010, but motility of the strain transformed with BBa_K819010 is still weaker than that of MG1655, wild type (data not shown).
