isochorismate pyruvate-lyase and isochorismate synthase (pchBA); converts chorismate to salicylate

PchBA codes for proteins used to generate salicylic acid (the precursor to methyl salicylate or wintergreen scent) from the common metabolite, chorismate. The two genes are at the downstream end of the PchDCBA operon that Pseudomonas species use to encode enzymes that make pyochelin, a molecule that helps them acquire iron. This part doesn't make a fusion protein, even though the coding regions overlap; the RBS for PchA is located at the end of the coding region of PchB.
