catechol 2,3-dioxygenase gene with native rbs

This part includes catechol 2,3-dioxygenase(C23O) gene from Sphingobium sp. YBL2 and its native ribosome binding site. With a promoter before them, this gene can be used to degrade catechol, yeilding bright yellow product 2-hydroxymuconate semialdehyde with an absorbance maximum around 375 nm. As a result, this part can also be utilized as a reporter.As for the gene expression result please visit part BBa_K2088009.
