pTet GFP + UNS

This part is essentially R0040 driving the expression of GFP. It is K1493504 on a UNS backbone. TetR is a repressor molecule that can bind to the pTET promoter and block the transcription of GFP. Used this part with BBa_K2066022 to look at aTc induction.
