Modification of phytoene desaturase (PDS/CrtI)

This part is the coding sequence of phytoene desaturase from Erwinia uredovora. Phytoene desaturase is part of carotenoid biosynthesis pathway and it takes responsible for convertion of phytoene to lycopene. Codon optimized has been made for the expression in Orazy sativa.
