Design Notes

It can inhibit Ftsh to degrade CII,thus protecting CII to initiate pRE and express downstream gene. One can directly insert CIII into MCS of a expression plasmid which contains promoter and terminator. And considering that Ftsh normally exists in E.coli, sometimes we can try over express CIII to guarantee CII’s function.
