Design Notes

This sequence was codon optimized for Pseudomonas putida and silent mutation was introduce for removing restriction site. The iGEM Team Evry 2016 used this enzyme as the first enzyme in the pathway to produce Polylactic acid (PLA) in Pseudomonas putida.
