SP-T7Specific_L2-48.3 (Carlson et al. 2014)
In their 2014 paper "[http://www.nature.com/nchembio/journal/v10/n3/full/nchembio.1453.html Negative selection and stringency modulation in phage-assisted continuous evolution]," Carlson et al., designed part J100270 to be used as an accessory plasmid in phage-assisted continuous evolution (PACE). This DNA part comes from a collection of 8 plasmids numbers J100264 - J100271. PACE employs M13 phage and E. coli in a chemostat.
