Protein phosphatase 1 (PP1) with hemagglutinin tag attached to C terminus.

PP1 is a human serine-threonine protein phosphatase which has numerous roles in regulating the bahaviour of the cell. It also has many inhibitors which regulate its function as well as the toxin microcystin which permanently prevents its function as well as some other naturally ocurring toxins.

Has start codon at 5' end.
