CP11

Synthetic promoter created for use in Lactococcus lactis but also shows activity in E. coli, part BBa_K1033221 from the 2013 Uppsala team. Of the three promoters that we chose to use; cp8, cp11, and cp44; this one's activity was between the other two. It does not contain a ribosomal binding site.
