===Applications of BBa_K1859020===
We inserted this generator into E. coli K-12 JM109.
We cultivated this bacteria and performed SDS-PAGE without boiling.
Lane E shows this sample.
Fluorescence of protein before dying by CBB

Fig.6 Overlapping Fig.4 and Fig.5 There was not fluorescence at the place of long chain protein. We found that long chain protein didn’t have a function.
