Design Notes

This part consists of the pYeaR promoter: <a href="https://parts.igem.org/wiki/index.php?title=Part:BBa_K216005">BBa_K216005</a>, an RBS, the TPH1 expression gene: Part:BBa_K216005|[https://parts.igem.org/wiki/index.php?title=Part:BBa_K216005] and a terminator.

- human TPH1 gene was codon-optimized for E.coli and provided with C-terminal 6xHis tag - sequence was synthesized in the form of gBlock and cloned into pSB1C3
