flexible linker with SV40 NLS

This is an improved flexible offering around 50 Angstrom separation for fusion domains.Specially, this linker was designed with a SV40 NLS, and its codon is optimized for mammalian.So it can be well used to link different protein domains for fusion proteins locating in cell nucleus.
