UNIQe05e0331eef08407-partinfo-00000000-QINU We characterized this part in BBa_K1631012. We succeeded to control growth rate of E. coli(JM109).

We induced this parts and [Plac -rbs- GFP -d.term] with 100μM IPTG. [Plac -rbs- GFP -d.term] is negative control. We measured 3 samples for each conditions.

We also evaluated the growth rate by slope of next graph.
