HisTag-GFP_Si4-Tag fusion protein

This part encodes for the green fluorescent protein (GFP). The sequence coding for a His-tag is fused to the C-terminus, improving the purification yield. Fusing the Si4-tag(BBa_K1028000) to the 3' end of the sequence, enables the immobilization of the multi-complex enzyme to a silica surface.
