UNIQ78e935a9e936d1ba-partinfo-00000000-QINU We characterized this part in BBa_K1631012. We succeeded to control growth rate of E. coli(JM109).

We induced this parts and [Plac -rbs- GFP -d.term] with 100μM IPTG. [Plac -rbs- GFP -d.term] is negative control.
