Usage and Biology

This part is partial sequence of Dual specificity protein phosphatase 1(DUSP1)mRNA and act as a transcription resource of oral cancer marker mRNA. In order to model the highly express of biomarker mRNA, we add T7 promoter sequence(T7 promoter (strong promoter from T7 bacteriophage) , BBa_I712074)in front of the sequence(DUSP1 partial sequence, BBa_K1728006).
