Design Notes

We chose to express BBa_K1763436 under control of the T7-RBS system rather than the Lac operon due to our access to well characterized BL21(DE3) expression systems.

This construct was assembled by subcloning BBa_K1763436 into BBa_K525998.

This part was sequence verified using registry standard VF2 and VR primers.

Source

BBa_K1763436 was created by our team. BBa_K525998 was obtained through the 2015 Registry Distribution.
