mRNA circularize efficiently generator (outside complementarity)

His-RFPのmRNAを環状化させる効率を上げるために、私たちはこのジェネレーター[K1859024]をデザインした。

The generator is comprised of Circular parts combined the linker( [BBa_K1859003] and [BBa_K1859004] ), His-RFP without stop codon [BBa_K1332002] , Lacl [BBa_R0010] , RBS [BBa_B0034] and DT [BBa_B0015] .

BBa_K1859003とBBa_K1859004には、タンパク質のフォールディングを整えるために設計したリンカーが入っている。 これらのリンカーのRNA配列は環状RNAの内部で相補的に結合する。

We found that circular efficiency of [BBa_1859026] was the best, when we compared with amount of circular mRNA made by these generators (BBa_1332011), (BBa_1859024), (BBa_18559025), (BBa_1859026). [BBa_1859024]は3番目に環状化の効率が良かった。
