Powered by the constitutive bacterial promoter ptac, this construct allows the indiscriminate production of CYP6G1 by a bacterium harbouring this construct. This construct was assembled by Michael VanInsberghe, and is codon optimized for E. coli .
It is used in BBa_K1813025 and BBa_K1813033.
