tag4 for mf-lon to recognize

Mf-ssrA tag4 is one of the variants from mf-ssrA tag1 (BBa_K1696013) that could maintain steady-state RFP levels and display a different mf-Lon-dependent degradation rates. Among all other tags, the proteolysis ability of this tag is a little bit weaker than mf-ssrA tag1~3 (BBa_K1696013~BBa_K1696017) while stronger than the other variants.
