Reverse primer: GTTTCTTCCTGCAGCGGCCGCTACTAGTATTACTGGGCTTGGGCTTCCAC

Insert oprF PCR product into psB1C3

Source

The oprF gene was obtained by PCR from the Azotobacter vinelandii strain DJ genome.
