Design Notes

The coding sequence of the E.coli heat labile enterotoxin beta subunit (LTB) was obtained by gene synthesis (Integrated DNA technology, IDT) and adapted to the coding sequence of Nicotiana tabacum

Source

The LTB protein was designed based on a publication that showed that it can be expressed in Nicotiana Benthamiana plants.
