Background

rMpL is a typical kind of β-trefoil folded lectin, consisting of α-,β-;s and γ- repeats. The sequence of gene rMpL is 582bp long,we build this part by linking a pBAD promoter(BBa_K206000) and RBS(BBa_B0034) in the upstream region, of course we did

restriction endonuclease and SDS-PAGE to festifytg thep expression of rMpl.

Whats'more,we also designed toxicity test for nematodes,the results will be showed in the following parts.
