ribB with double terminators 

 B1755002 consisting of K1755001 and B0014 which were also characterized as ribB coding sequence and double terminators.
 ribB，the 3,4 dihydroxy-2-butanone-4-phosphate synthase, which able cell produce more riboflavin.
 Double terminator consisting of BBa_B0012 and BBa_B0011 that make it become the transcriptional terminator and bidirectional transcriptional terminator for the E.coli RNA polymerase.
