Design Notes

- Lac induced expression cassette (<a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K314103">BBa_K314103</a>) was transformed from 2014 iGEM distribution
- TPH1 human gene was codon optimized for E.coli, synthesized and submitted as <a href="https://parts.igem.org/wiki/index.php?title=Part:BBa_K1598001">BBa_K1598001</a>
- parts were digested with S&P and X&P respectively, run on agarose gel, extracted, purified and ligated together
