Design Notes

- Lac induced expression cassette (BBa_K314103) was transformed from 2014 iGEM distribution

- TPH1 human gene was codon optimized for E.coli, synthesized and submitted as BBa_K1598001

- parts were digested with S&P and X&P respectively, run on agarose gel, extracted, purified and ligated together
