Applications of BBa_K1391009

This part consists of Lyn fused via a glycine serine linker to a Tobacco Etch Virus (TEV) protease. It is designed for use in a B-Cell Receptor (BCR) tango system in which recruitment of Lyn will bring the TEV protease in close proximity to a TEV cleavage site fused to CD79A or CD79B and a transcription factor where it then cleaves the site.
