Universal riboregulatable RBS

Universal RNA-IN RBS part

Usage and Biology

Allows for the riboregulation of translation of proteins expresses using this RBS. Based off of the Elowitz RBS (B0034)

Contains the S32 RNA-IN sequence from Mutalik et. al. (2012) spaced appropriately upstream from the RBS. Downstream of the RBS is a start codon and the RFC 25 suffix. When assembled with a protein coding part, there will be an addition of 6 amino acids to the N-terminus. This is necessary to allow for a single RNA-OUT molecule to regulate any protein expressed using this RBS. Sequence and Features
